Scholarship Rules and Requirements

·       Scholarships are open to any child participating in an arts program with our participation community partners.

·       Scholarships are awarded by an independent committee with all the personal information removed from the application.

·       Scholarships are awarded up to a maximum of $750.00 per calendar year. (Starting at the beginning of the month of the returned signed approval until December 31 of that year)

·       Scholarship amounts vary by program applied for. Each program has the maximum percentage of the total amount to be paid in the program description.

·       Annual scholarships can be applied to any approved scholarship program with the maximum amount applied limited to the amount offered as an individual scholarship.

·       A scholarship recipient’s Primary Guardian must sign and return the award letter acknowledging the terms and conditions.

·       This scholarship requires that the recipient participate in all rehearsals and activities required by the directors.

·       If the scholarship recipient leaves for any reason other than illness, it will be the responsibility of you, the Primary Guardian, to reimburse the scholarship fund for the amount which has already been paid to the community partner.

·       Failure to reimburse the Scholarship Fund will result in your child no longer being eligible to receive scholarship money until the original amount is repaid.
